Join Neighborhood Funders Group, Beyond Neutrality, the Ford Foundation, and the Amalgamated Foundation for an online briefing for funders to learn more about the current trends in unionization in the nonprofit social justice sector.
In the current political and economic climate, it is vital that we work together toward a thriving multi-racial democracy. At the same time, nonprofit staff face growing uncertainty and continue to unionize for greater power and voice on the job. This duality is a fast-moving and critical dynamic for funders to understand and to consider their role among grantees and partners.
During the briefing, we will share lessons about the current landscape of unionization in the social justice sector and the role funders can play in supporting outcomes that are mission-driven, pro-union, and anti-racist.
Speakers will be announced soon!
