Ceyan “Cey” Flowers

Ceyan ‘Cey’ (“say”) Flowers joined NFG in 2024 as the Operations & Events Coordinator. They work closely with both the VP of Finance & Operations and the VP of Programs providing support for operations activities, financial processes, and event logistics. Prior to working at NFG, Cey was the Operations Specialist at the Lenfest Scholars Foundation and the Chief of Staff at PEERS Oakland.

Originally from the SF Bay Area, Cey has lived and worked in several cities across the US. They have a deep love of black femme speculative fiction, art, and thought. Cey’s academic background is in interdisciplinary arts, with a focus on writing, performance, music, and photography. They are also an avid rugby fan, supporting all New Zealand teams.
