Vice President of Finance and Operations

Andrew Plumley serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Neighborhood Funders Group. In this role, he leads the organization’s finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure to support NFG’s mission of moving resources so that Black, Indigenous, and people of color communities and low-income communities thrive. He works closely with leadership and staff to strengthen financial stewardship, operational systems, and long-term sustainability that enable NFG’s programs and partnerships.

Andrew brings more than fifteen years of experience as a Chief People, Operations, and Equity Officer, COO/CFO, strategist, and advisor across the philanthropic, nonprofit, and mission driven for profit sectors. He most recently served as Interim Executive Director at Equity in the Center and previously as Chief People, Operations, and Equity Officer at Arabella Advisors. Andrew serves on the boards of the Young Black and Giving Back Institute and the Middlebury College Alumni Association. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
