Lili brings 20 years of experience strengthening the internal capacity of organizations and small-to-medium-sized businesses, with a focus on aligning strategic management and day-to-day operations with core values and people-centered approaches. Most recently, she served as Director of Finance and Operations at Narrative Initiative, where she played a key role in supporting a leadership transition. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Lili specialized in revitalizing financially stagnant small businesses, helping them achieve profitability while building stronger engagement in both strategic and operational planning.
A proud Hartford born Puerto Rican, Lili currently resides in Brooklyn with her family.
