NFG's Democratizing Development Program (DDP) invites you to join us on Thursday, August 6, 2026 for a funders-only webinar on the state of the housing justice funding landscape.

During this call, we’ll gather to deepen collective analysis among foundation staff at all levels of experience and expertise on gentrification and displacement, identify intersectional approaches that protect, preserve, and produce affordable housing, and highlight actions that create long-term benefits for residents to self-determine their communities. Participants will hear Cypress Fund and The James Irvine Foundation share their successes, challenges, and opportunities that resource a future where residents self-determine their housing and community’s development.
