  • Cultivate a container through NFG for building strong relationships amongst progressive funders committed moving together in alignment and with integrity,

  • Conspire with peers about what could it look like for NFG and our members to show up in principled struggle with a shared goal to organize philanthropy to resource a 50-year liberation journey,

  • Spend time in dedicated spaces for philanthropy to better collaborate and create deeper alignment across issue areas and funding regions to increase impact.

We'll focus the day on what it means to be part of a political home and how to resource generational work for the future we want to see. Together, we will:

  • An analysis of the movement ecosystem and long-term organizing strategies for building power,
  • How we can apply our learnings to imagine a more just, accountable, and responsive philanthropic sector,

  • How we can build our collective muscle around practicing radical imagination to dream about a better future rather than working towards “returning to normal” (and normal for whom?).
